Firstly, thanks to all who contribute to Gargoyle. Simply wonderful! Now, I've allocated Quotas to all known MACs on my network. I agree this would be good, in terms noted by rfdude, and as it would help to 'get to know' user/device behaviour throughout a whole period.

I make this 'self service' by telling them the gargoyle IP so they can visit the router home screen and view their usage whenever they wish. But I agree email would be a good warning during heavy sessions.
