Keep accumulating quota beyond 100%

Gargoyle seems to stop accumulating a user's quota once they hit 100%. I'm throttling the user by forcing them into the SLOW QoS when they exceed 100%. This is a suggestion or feature request that Gargoyle continue accumulating usage for an over-quota IP. The purpose is to show ongoing use, albeit impaired by throttling. The Entire Network Quota will continue to grow, giving some idea what to expect from the ISP bill.

I agree this would be good, in terms noted by rfdude, and as it would help to 'get to know' user/device behaviour throughout a whole period.
