Looking around the net, the issue is missing driver. I am using this tutorial to install in vmware http://wiki.openwrt.org/doku.php?id=oldwiki:runningkamikazeonvmwarehowto got the same problem, even after installing kmod e1000 and pcnet32 that are supposed to be the driver for the network interface....

I am getting the same result with ifconfig on 1.5.6. I tried installing directly on a laptop and got kernel panic error, this was with 1.5.4 till 1.5.6 With 1.5.7 it stucked during booting linux same as in virtualbox.

Qos was the one that causing the high loads if anybody wants to know. Without qos the load is only 0.4 and i can get my full speed. My new line speed is stable and the line dont often get saturated so the need for qos is not too important to me. Gonna stick with my router for now but looking forward...

I see the cpu is the same as wndr3700, the difference is it can be overclocked. Is it also possible to overclock wndr3700?

I just upgraded my internet from 32mb to 100mb. My router wndr3700 was running fine at 32mb but at 100mb the interface slows down and the loads are high, 3.95 / 3.02 / 1.74 (1/5/15 minutes). By stuck i mean the fluctuates at a point, the speed doesnt really change over time. Disabling then enable the ACC back again fix this. I just thought of a way to increase the minimum download speed, simply increase download speed in qos to 5 times the minimum speed you want. There shouldnt be any p...
