I was able to flash the router by running fon flash and flashing the firmware. However the key point to keep in mind that you need to power on the router after you have started flashing the firmware.

Just received my pocket router yesterday and trying to configure it. However I can't connect through the Ethernet Port. I have tried several cables and different computers.
