Re: Force to use router DNS server.

Ok, so I just updated to the latest version 1.5.8 of Gargoyle. I still have the same issue. I would like to limit the bandwidth of 1 wireless computer on my network. If someone could post a screenshot of what the rule is supposed to look like that would be really helpful. My dsl speed is approx 2700...

Hello Dev_BR, Thank you for your reply. I have static ip addresses for each device on my network. I have enabled the download portion of QOS, not upload. Also, I edited both "slow" rules (port 80 & 443) to work more how i need for it to. Please view my screen shots. Screen Shot 1.png S...

Re: WRT54G Constant Blinking Power Light BUT Pinging
I knew it was not bricked (as in done for good) because it was pinging and I was able to transfer. The problem was I could not get into the router. One or two of these things may not be necessary however this is what i did.. ip address of LAN Ethernet Card 192.168.1.2 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 Gatew...

Re: WRT54G Constant Blinking Power Light BUT Pinging
Hi DoesItMatter, I used the linksys tftp utility to push dd-wrt.v24_mini_wrt54g.bin on the router. Same thing happens as usual. The power light flashes consistently (about 3 blinks per second) and the internet light which corresponds to the LAN port being used flashes rapidly during the upload. The ...
