The model number of that router is E9600, and is not one of the supported routers. If you want Linksys, look for: WRT1900AC V1/2 WRT1900ACS WRT3200ACM WRT32X Thank you. When I go to Speedtest.net, it says I have "182.9 Mbps".

Thanks for the prompt response! How can I tell what version I'm getting, from the box? Will it say it on there? Where? What's a new router that I can get that will support Gargoyle? The Netgear WNDR4300 was another router I looked at. But it appears Gargoyle only supports V1, I think there's a newer...

I haven't bought a router yet. I am looking to buy a TP-Link AC1750 Archer C7. I don't know what version I would physically receive. I see there's a V4 out though. Will Gargoyle work with V4?
