I also tried wiring the client's WAN port to one of the AP's LAN ports and set the Connect Via: to DHCP Wired on the client. It gave it a IP of 192.168.1.105. Which router is the AP and which is the wireless client? What if you throw the wireless client IP into the AP's DMZ? Can't Ping Back Through WRT54GS with Gargoyle installed
I have a Linksys WRT54G2 V1.5, upstairs wired to 3 computers. Downstairs I have a Linksys WRT54GS V1 with Gargoyle version 1.2.4 that is wired to a HTPC (Home Theater PC). The two routers connect to each other wirelessly. When the HTPC is wired to the WRT54G2 upstairs, all 4 PCs can Ping each other....
