Help with Bandwidth quotas setting and web remote

i want to limit two ips together with a weekly quota 1GB.

should I set by using "Only the following hosts" and add ip 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3 into the list. then set max total up and down limit to 1GB.....????

question is, does it mean each of the above ip is getting 1GB weekly or combined two ips getting 1GB??

the other problem is the web remote control. i want to change setting of my router from outside say maybe in my office at work.
i can see there is a web remote admin access setting under system, but how can i access the router if i set http port to 80??
