Limited router access

I have two Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H routers there aren't connected to each other or anything, only 1 is powered on at any given time.

I'm trying to figure out how to limit access to the router to only one IP/Mac, via the web and ssh. I tried playing with restrictions but completely screwed up the router and couldn't access the router from any ip/Mac not even the only I had listed.

The guide for the restrictions is very limited so I was hoping for some guidance, I already tried whitelist applies to only this host and selected local ports and entered the Mac address but didn't work.

SOLVED: I was using nodogsplash and forgot that nodgosplash handles it's own firewall I edited the nodogsplash.conf file instead and now it works.
