custom image dont save the config wireless,always error

Hi verybody mods and developers,
thanks for make this forums possible and amazing project

i have this strangle problem with a compile custom gargoyle image version version 123 to 135,
because dont save the connection accounts or the internet setting, like the wifi scaned nets, alwayas apareace the error page in the botton on my brownse when i press the save button,

the only i can save its all stuff like passwd,time,ddns etc
but nothing with reletion to wifistuff or wired conection,

the only way to work its when i download a compiled image from the oficcial gargoyle page, the settings work great,but the problems its so im short of memory and the libstcdd++ im needed,

I HAVEa A dlink dir300 with atheros23xx, and the only observation its in the etc config,wireless apareces in my compile image
#PLEASE REMOVE THIS LINE TO ACTIVE THE WIRELESS, option disable 1,
and the oficial image never apareace this lines, thanks for read my post, and any suggestions
