Best Gargoyle Hardware

Hey all,
I want to set up a public hotspot with a potentially large number of users (200+) and so I need a high performing router.

What is the absolute best hardware that gargoyle can run on as of this moment? Are there any x86 builds that can run on, say, an Intel NUC?

I would split the router from the wifi.

I would run gargoyle on a C7 and use a ubnt unfi for the wifi
