Installation Questions about Tor

Hello,

I am an absolutely Newbie and I hope, I will get some helpful Answers to my Questions.

I am on

IMAGE: gargoyle_1.6.2-ar71xx-generic-wndr3700-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
Router: Netgear WNDR3700, V1

and would like to install Tor. But where will I get this plugin? With "opkg update" there is no plugin named Tor.

Is it possible to install it on a USB Drive?

Tor should be listed as a plugin in the Gargoyle GUI

Gargoyle - System - Plugins - Refresh plugins
Tor Anonymizer Support for Gargoyle - Install

However that is a rather old version of TOR

Better perhaps to update Gargoyle to 1.8.0 or perhaps wait just a little while until Gargoyle 1.10.0 is released

Thank you, I have right now updated to 1.8.0 but I can´t find it in system -> Plugins ->refresh Plugins.... There are only 4 plugins listed

on SSH I have made an OPKG update and on Gargoyle Web GUI I have refreshed the Plugins, but without any success.

What is my mistake?

fortunately I have installed TOR after flashing the gargoyle Image again.


Could be closed!!!
