Web Usage Monitoring Question

Post by TechieChickTT »

Hi guys,
First post...
Considering buying a Gargoyle Gigabit Router, a.k.a: TP-Link WR1043ND.
I'm looking to monitor and log my kids' online activities.
The Router has a USB port, and I know you can attach an external thumb drive - but can you use that drive to save the logs? Or is there a better way to save off the monitoring logs? Preferably automated?

Thanks!!

There is an email logging plugin (some users have success, some don't).

Im sure we could make it log to the USB drive but it would be some custom work, not a feature built in.

A weekly log in and retrieve logs would work fine, just requires commitment.
