What would the main problem with a subneted guest network?

Hi.I saw many posts about problems with using a different dhcp and subbneting related to guest network.But I do that and set quota and it seems works fine.I want to know what would the main problem with this method.Can anyone tell me that?

I don't believe that no one know the answer of my questions.What happened that no one answer my questions anymore?
I hope it is n't related to my country.

It has nothing to do with country or race or anything else.
You're using the firmware for something it wasn't designed to do. There's no telling what issues may or may not appear.
The code simply is not designed to handle it.
You are very much on your own here.
We would all appreciate your continued postings on whether it works or does not work. It may be useful to members sooner or later.
