I have a wifi router
TP-Link TL-WA5210G
Ubiquiti NanoStation2 hardware compatible,
CPU: Atheros AR2315
CPU Speed: 180 Mhz
Flash size: 4 MB (TP-Link firmware use only 2MB)
RAM: 16 MB
Wireless: Atheros 802.11b/g (in CPU, 400mW)
Ethernet: 1 port
Power: passive POE (pairs 4,5+; 7,8 return) 12 to 18 VDC
Serial: internal (HE-10 connector, 3.3V)
1. I have been already flashed it to ubiquiti nanostation2. was working properly but weak signal .
2. then re flashed to open WRT, but there were no option for hotspot so I suggested to convert it to gargoyle 1.4.7
but in this repeater mode was not working, I have been tried too many time.
4. then flashed to OPEN-MESH
Here the problem have been created , only I was able to see the router " SSID " name only , for example " open-mesh and my open mesh etc .
but I was unable to login the router admin page .
I tried for too many IP address like . 192.168.1.1
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.254
192.168.0.2 etc .
and also check in " command prompt " ipconfig /all
but have not seen any IP address for this device .
at last I reset again, now it shows only two lights
1. power light
2. LAN cable light
(revert back to origin firmware)
finally I want to know the method how to flash this device using serial cable.
I have a DKU5 cable already cutted. but dont know which one is RX, TX , GND and VCC?
also I have opened the PCB of the device .
I have read some topic about serial cable method,
the circuit board has 4 pin .
1. TX
2. RX
3.GND
4.VCC
But which one is the 1st one . ? I am confuse here .
