My gargoyle router arrived today but I cannot seem to connect to my ISP ( I'm in Australia ).

I have selected PPPoE Wired and input the correct username and password, and yet it just cannot seem to connect at all.

I'm pretty much stumped as to why it wouldn't be working. Any ideas?

which bigpond modem are you using?

for your username, did you make sure you also added the "@bigpond.com" to the end?
