Kindly consider adding 'Max connection per IP' limit in firewall rules, Itried to add manual 'iptables' rule , but if ound that 'iptables' has been compiled without max connection module
I hate when i have all this great features of gargoyle QOS/Quotas/BWmonitoring and the all became absolutely useless because someone in my network decided to download a torrent with active 1500+ connections
whatever QOS/Quotas configuration i have; too much connection from one host/ip will make all Internet laggy, you can imagine if there were 5 users with this behavior it will saturate router global max connection limits leaving nothing to the good guys
(obviously i don't want to block all torrent traffic, or completely block heavy downloaders, i just want fair usage for every one)
Many thanks for such great Firmware

Re: Max connection per IP
Hi mate for that i block UDP for that IP slows the torrent client down.
I don't no if that is what was supposed to happen but it slows it down on my router.
