Changing Quotas

Hi,
I have just setup some quotas for my flatmates. I had a quota of 4gb for my desktop and 1gb for my laptop. What I want to do is remove the quota for my laptop, and add it into the 4gb for my desktop.
All MAC addresses are assigned a static IP. The desktop is wired directly to the router, and laptop is connected via wireless.
The 1st problem I am having is that when I remove the quota for the laptop, I save the settings, the page refreshes and the laptop is back there with the old quota. It won't let me remove it!!
Also, I tried to add the laptop into the desktop quota, however it wouldn't allow me to do so. It came up with an error about quotas being on the same IP. Is it possible that this is because I can't remove the separate quota for the laptop?
The third issue is when I tried to change the quotas (as above), is that all of the quotas for all computers reset themselves to zero, so everyone had their full allowance available.
Thanks,
Sam
