You have a couple things to try

1) get a brand new gigabit ethernet cable and try that
from the router to the WNDR3700 WAN port

2) backup your Gargoyle settings, reset to defaults, and flash
the final OpenWRT Attitude Adjustment 12.09 and see if that
resolves the WAN issue

If neither of those work, and the Factory firmware works, you need
to report the issue to OpenWRT

2x Asus RT-N16 = Asus 3.0.0.4.374.43 Merlin
2x Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH V1 A0D0 = Gargoyle 1.9.x / LEDE 17.01.x
2x Engenius - ESR900 Stock 1.4.0 / OpenWRT Trunk 49400

OK i solved it. It was simple. On Gargoyle FW WAN LED is orange and it doesn't mean that network is on 100mbit. It's just a color. I connected PC to WAN port and network speed was 1Gbit. Now i check and on speedtest.net i have 190Mbit/s (DL)/130Mbit/s (UL). Looks good. I heard that 1Gbit port doesn't work on full duplex. Hell knows how to check it.

BTW Gargoyle FW rocks, stock FW was a nightmare.

THX for help
