Ah... I just figured out how to replicate the problem.

This seems to happen when (and only when) you're in the South Australian time zone. I suspect this has to do with the fact it's a timezone offset of 9:30 instead of an even number of hours.

I should have a fix in the next few days (though I'm in the middle of updating quota features, and I'd like to include these updates in the next release, so it may be a bit longer)

No problem, it's really just a cosmetic thing, I'm not bothered if it takes a while to get fixed.

talking about time. does anyone know how to set the time to brisbane time zone? (UTC +10:00 without day light saving)
