OpenWrt Kamakazi to Gargoyle Fon2100 [Solved]

Hello,
About 1 year ago a Hacked mijn Fon 2100 and installed Gargoyle. It worked perfectly until last week I messed up some settings, and I could no longer connect to the device.
I tried reflashing the device, but it did not work.
The only working software I found now is Kamikaze (r14417) Load: 0.00 0.00 0.08
I use Fonflash to install the software.
- gargoyle_1.5.3-atheros-root.squashfs
- gargoyle_1.5.3-atheros-vmlinux.lzma
Loading Gargoyle gives no errors, and the device reboots after flashing.
I cannot get into te GUI of the router. I cannot ping it or what have you.
Flashing back to Kamikazi, and all is well.
I cannot for the life of me remember how I got Gargoyle to work in the first place.
I worked through a number of sites and instructions, but I cannot get it to work.
Is there someone who can point me in the right direction?
