Qos Help

I haven't used gargoyle for so long now but I didn't know how to set up a Qos(and my router busted and got resetted) I tried to find things about it, but no luck. I don't know anything about the rules and service classes.

Internet plan: 6mbps/600kbps
I basically want to set it up like this:

2 computers (use up most of the download)
1 computer (Lower than the 2 computers)
Others: (Lower than the 1 computer)
Something like 250,250,100, 50
And also putting in factors like, if there is only 1 computer one, it uses all the download. Etc.
