Locked out of Gargoyle

Post by crayboy »

I just installed Gargoyle on a Linksys WRT54G-TM and a Linksys WRT54G v2.2
I set the WRT54G up to be a WDS repeater, and disabled WAN login. (Not sure why!) It appears to be working just fine, but I cannot got to the web console, or ssh in. All ports, both wan and lan, show filtered.
I have tried 30/30/30 reset. I have tried tftp'ing both gargoyle and DD-wrt images. Unsuccessful. During boot it does become pingable briefly, but will not accept a tftp connection.
Any ideas as to how I can regain access? (I dont what to get into jtags if I can avoid it!)

I had read that page, and assumed, since I do not have a programable hardware button, that i was sunk. But I then found the wds54g specific failsafe, and am in - thanks for the tip!
