Being someone who just flashed from DDWRT to Gargoyle 1.5.3 I can say that this thing is absolutely brilliant. Yes some DDWRT functions dont work as intended (like QoS). QoS is a hit or miss with the different versions of DDWRT. I too have experienced your Tx power issues however mine caps out at 16 rather than 7.

Stick with Garg if you dont truly need the bazillion features of DDWRT. If your a simple small home user and need the ever popular QoS then Garg can do that for you.

Does anyone know how to get firefox to save the login password for the router page?
You can try Options -> Security

Make sure the checkbox is enabled for

Remember passwords for sites

But I never use this so I don't know if it will work with Gargoyle.

I thought Eric mentioned sometime way back, that he had code to
not allow this for security reasons, but I could be wrong.

Tals, new with v1.5.4 classes divide BW equally by IP address so you might not need these separate classes any more. Also for you I increased ACC dynamic range to 6:1. You should check out both features and start a new thread to let me know how it goes.
