Installing Gargoyle As A Set Of Packages

Post by ispyisail »

Hi Eric

Im trying to install gorgoyle on a Meraki mini

To install openwrt on a meraki you must use "gargoyle_xxx-atheros-vmlinux.gz" and not "gargoyle_xxx-atheros-vmlinux.lzma"

This image for gargoyle not been released so i went to the wiki to install with packages instead.

I have now noticed you haven't created packages for 8.09.1?

I guess my next option is to build my own image/packages

Thoughts

I created a new entry in the downloads section for a bleeding edge .gz kernel. I'll regularly upload this from now on.

I generally only update the packages for major releases, and Beta 5 was before the 8.09.1 release. That's why they haven't been updated.

Also, thanks for your generous donation! As of your contribution I've received enough to cover my hosting costs to date :-)
