I have setup my router so that it reboots at 3:00AM every day. I notice that most of the time it works fine. However, sometimes it looks like it's running (from the leds on the front panel) but I cannot connect to it via wifi. I need to power cycle it again and it comes back fine. I have noticed this over several versions and for perhaps a couple of years.
Any ideas?
P.S. - The reason I am rebooting is for another problem. I have QoS setup and I notice that if I keep the router running 24x7 without a reboot then sometimes it doesn't perform well (some users in the house have poor throughput) and I need to power cycle to make it come back to life.
