Just checking if there is maybe a build newer than this one here http://lantisproject.com/gargoyle_1.11.x_rc5/
In particular for a WRT1900ACS v2 which I want to move to again soon. I am currently on a TP-Link Archer C7 v2 it's been okayish. Connection speeds seem to slow (the web experience even netflix/stan) seem sluggish over time, connected either wifi or lan. I put the modem into a daily reboot and it fixes that thus I am not too fussed so I haven't looked into it much more. For info sake, my current setup is stock with stock qos enabled, ad-block addon running. I disabled some services with only the following running portmap, samba, urandom_seed. It's ppoe on a wireless 30/5 connection (Nuskope), opendns servers, and only 2.4 wifi enabled. accc is enabled to non standard ping target 9.9.9.9 hmm just typing that I think that might have something to do with it.
Is there a newer build to try than this one gargoyle_1.11.x_rc5

That router should be able to handle those speeds?
I would reset the router and start again
newer build here but I doubt there are any fixes for the problems you describe
viewtopic.php?f=14&t=11875
many problems are caused by using backup files or ticking preserve setting on upgrade
