Re: Version 1.10.0 : New stable version with critical security fixes
Hi Guys,
New guy here. Thanks for all your hard work!
My router is a Linksys WRT3200ACM. I have installed "gargoyle_1.10.0-mvebu-armada-385-linksys-rango-squashfs-factory.img"
System/Themes are not showing up for me. I have tried "themes*sh", but nothing there except Gargoyle *.
Thanks for any help.

I think you have to add at least one theme, and then maybe refresh the page.

Thanks for the reply. I don't see any themes to add. No themes on plugins page.

Did you refresh the plugins list?

Thanks Lantis. I tried that before with no luck. I rebooted the router, and this time it worked.
Thanks again!

TP-Link TL-WDR4300 v1, running version 1.10.0 with extroot.
Upgraded usinf factory image w/o preserving settings.
Same router was running on 1.9.1 before.
UPDATE: Working stable now. I've tracked down the issue below to be a signal strength problem, separate thread created viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11277

On two ocasions the router stopped responding: I tried browsing the router config page but it timed out. On some occasions it just hanged for a couple of seconds: ssh was frozen for example.

Thanks for the hard work. Updated WRT1900AC v2 looking fine.

Code: Select all
Version 1.10.0 marks a long overdue new stable version based on OpenWRT Chaos Calmer, while work is underway to port Gargoyle to the latest version of LEDE.
Thanks for the newest update. Could you estimate when the LEDE-based Gargoyle would be released?
Re: Version 1.10.0 : New stable version with critical security fixes
Just upgraded my Netgear WNDR3700v2 from 1.5.2
All went smoothly. I didn't try to preserve my settings, but captured them all before upgrading and manually re-entered. I'm not using many of the fancy plugins; namely firewall/port-forwarding, restrictions, QOS-upload.
Appreciate the continued effort on this project!
