re-flashed and deleted the settings. Took about an hour to manually restore everything. Looks good so far.

Are you using Layer7 Protocol matching? If yes, disable that.

Searched. It's part of QoS setting. No I don't have any filter based on that. It's all based on IP address and port.

Nuke your config and start again to be honest.
Fresh flash of whatever version you are comfortable with.

It was a clean flash a few days ago. No change since then. Why another clean flash would be different?

Corrupt download, bad day of the week, saturn and jupiter were aligned in the heavens.
It could be anything.
