Don't understand 1.9.2 configuration. Should I downgrade to 1.9.0?
Hi,
I used to run 1.9.0 on Netgear WNDRMACv2. Had a few stability issue. So I tried to upgrade to 1.9.2. It run for a month, no issue.
However, I had to change some basic network setting (DNS). And I noticed that my wireless section is completely wrong (even though the router works just fine).
- all WiFi are disabled (it's actually running)
- Once I enable the WiFi, I have to re-enter the settings
- 5 GHz: A, A+N, A+AC. I don't recall this router support AC
- channel selectors in the lower section, there is no entry for 5 GHz
- It requires me to enter SSID to join. Why?
- It requires RADIUS setting, but I don't have one
I can't figure these out. So I'm thinking of going back to 1.9.0. Should I use sysupgrade? Or factory image?
Thanks

Hi I have seen this before. It happens when you save settings. If you do a reset you should be fine.

Do you mean click on the Reset button? I did that. Same set of requirement came up when I try to click save.

When I click on Save, I got this list below in the popup. I tried to click on the "Reset" button and then save. Still the same problem. How did you perform your reset?
Thanks

You need to clear our browser cache and then reset your config to default, then reboot.
Something isn't being referenced correctly causing it to display all config options rather than just the relevant ones.

It's definitely not the browser cache. I've tried other browsers that I've never used before and same issue.
If I reset configuration to default, I'd have to go through the entire setup. Is it possible to get a text dump at least so that I can go through the list after reset? Or do you think a configuration restoration would work out?
Thanks

I would just re-flash

When re-flash, do I try to keep the configuration? Or delete?
