Can't Ping Back Through WRT54GS with Gargoyle installed

I have a Linksys WRT54G2 V1.5, upstairs wired to 3 computers.
Downstairs I have a Linksys WRT54GS V1 with Gargoyle version 1.2.4 that is wired to a HTPC (Home Theater PC).
The two routers connect to each other wirelessly.
When the HTPC is wired to the WRT54G2 upstairs, all 4 PCs can Ping each other.
When the HTPC is wired to the WRT54GS downstairs, I can ping the 3 computers upstairs, but the none of the 3 computers upstairs can ping the HTPC.
When I try to ping the WRT54GS’s WAN IP from one of the 3 computers upstairs, I get “Destination Host Unreachable”.
When I try to ping the HTPC’s IP or the WRT54GS’s LAN IP I get “Request Timed Out”.
Here are my settings on the Gargoyle:
Internet / WAN
Configure Device As: Gateway (Default)
Connect Via: DHCP (Wireless)
Local Network / LAN
Router IP: 192.168.2.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Wireless Mode: Client
LAN DHCP Server is Enabled
Nothing else was changed.
For the TCP/IP settings on the HTPC, I’ve tried both “Obtain an IP address automatically” and a Static IP.
What can be done so that I can ping (access) the HTPC from the 3 computers upstairs? Would any changes to the “Static Routes” area in Gargoyle help?
Any help is Much Appreciated!
