Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
The problem still happened with the guest network off. Oddly enough the wireless devices that could access the internet were on the guest network last time it happened.
Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
I really want and need to figure this out. The crashes happen no matter what configuration I use. No plugins, no guest network, I've tried running different options for the wireless network type (dual band etc) and it still dies at random points, although mostly under moderate data use.
I couldn't get the memory test to work and it's my last option, could someone guide me through that please?

Hi I cant off the top of my head think what command you need to type. I think it's "memtester 32M" If that dont work try "memtester help" or just "memtester" and see if it will show you the sintax.
Yes just tested it's "memtester 32M" if you want to test even harder you can type "memtester 64M"

Definitely sounds like the same issue.
Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
It's very very annoying, I don't want to turn to OpenWRT
What test I can do?

Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
I'm testing with Quotas disabled, rock solid for 2 days.
Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
Sadly that's now the case here. I should be able to properly stress test it before the end of the week to confirm.fedeciad wrote:I'm testing with Quotas disabled, rock solid for 2 days.
Hopefully that's fixed soon; it's the main reason I started with looking for custom firmware.
Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
you could try 1.6.2?
Re: WNDR3600 Internet Drop-outs
Now I can confirm that Quotas are the problem
