I have tried various USB sticks. 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB and 16 GB from different manufacturers tested. All with the same result.

Should I try an older stable version? Can I then just flash over it? First again factory.bin then upgrade.bin?

Please SSH into the router and type

Code: Select all

opkg update

And paste the result here so we can see what is happening.

Instructions:
On an Apple computer please open "Terminal.app" and type

Code: Select all

ssh root@192.168.1.1

Then enter your password.

Then do the opkg update as above.

Your router needs an Internet connection or it can't get the plugins.
They are stored on the Internet.

That error and your status page suggests to me that your router isn't on the internet?
