bump your ipad rule to the very top, above "Source Port 80 blah blah blah".

Also you cut your screenshot off before we could see what the Default Service Class is set to. Just make sure this isn't set to the iPad class :).

Other than that it looks like it should be doing the job just fine.

Oh, OK - I didn't realize the position made the difference.

Should I set the default class to Normal or Fast?

I'd set it to normal :)

The rules are evaluated in order they are listed. This also allows you to create "nested" rules.

1. Traffic of X type going to Y address should be in Z class
2. Traffic of A type going to Y address should be in B class
3. Traffic of ANY type going to Y address should be in C class

If the traffic going to the device doesn't get caught by rules 1 or 2, then rule 3 must apply because it's an "umbrella" rule i.e. It covers everything.
