Hi again.
Ok, I tried firstboot this morning. No changes.
DHCP is set to the default values (IPs 100-249 to be auto assigned). I was using static IP 192.168.1.2 on my laptop to do the failsafe reboot. After reverting back to auto-assigned IP, my laptop received 192.168.1.50 from the router. Also, none of the wired/wireless clients appear in the Connection->DHCP->Static IP popup where I would expect them to appear.
Weird. I can leave without MAC-assigned IPs, but would be interesting to get it solved at the end.
P.S. I've checked few times and am pretty sure that all my network clients are using automatic IPs.
Thanks in advance!

Stupid me. I suddenly realized old wireless client in my network that had own DHCP server switched on (facepalm).
