I am using gargoyle 1.4.1 on a linksys WRT160NL in client bridge mode with repeater disabled.
Due to conenction stability issues, I wanted to try running the client in 11g only mode.
I used to gargoyle GUI to and changed the connection to "11 B+G" and hit save. After refreshing the screen, gargoyle stills hows "11 B+G+N"!
Then I tried to update manually by editing /etc/config/wireless and changed option 'hwmode' '11gn' to option 'hwmode' '11g' and rebooted.
Still gargoyle connected to the AP in 11n mode.
Is there a way to force a gargoyle client bridge to use only 11g connections, even when the AP is 11n capable?
