Linksys WRT54GS v1-3 question

if i load this Linksys WRT54GS v1-3 with this *-wrt54gs-squashfs.bin can i still load this xfta-o8.09.2-g1.2.3-wf0.23mex-hgdvb.trx. bin and not brick the router.

The xfta-trx file looks like a compile someone else made.

You can probably use 1 firmware or the other, but not both at once
if thats what you are trying to accomplish?

Also - I believe those xfta routers have different hardware, so
by flashing the xfta.txt onto the Linksys, you may brick it and either
have to serial recover or jtag recover.

i have one of those routers and it runs gargoyle firmware 1,2,3 special bin. ill open it up to see the difference i know the rs232 is in the serial connector. ill see which chips they have. let you know
