Ubnt RS Pro upgrade 1.14.0

Hi all

I'm slowly upgrading my routers to 1.14.0

My Ubnt RS Pro upgrade to 1.14.0 fails to upgrade (via GUI)

I haven't checked the logs or tried OpenWRT yet

Just reporting, no action is required

Downgrading OpenWrt version will involve usage of TFTP recovery or bootloader command line interface.

What version are you coming from?
In 1.13.x (very late in the series?) I added support for showing these failure messsges on the GUI

I've just about got it flashed with TFTP but what a mission

I got it in the end but I had so many problems

I tried so many things I'm not even sure the correct procedure
