TP-link ER605 (TL-R605) V2 Omada support?

Post by BENROFU »

I would like gargoyle support for this one :)

Its not listed in openwrt TOH but it runs on openwrt, they just dont have the factory file yet.

tplink_er605-v2-initramfs-kernel.bin and
tplink_er605-v2-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin is avaiable in https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/ ... ps/mt7621/

If its possible to make a gargoyle sysupgrade i would be very grateful :D

I don't think this can happen before there's a Gargoyle release based on OpenWrt 23.05 as the device isn't supported by the OpenWrt 22.03 base of the current Gargoyle release. When that might be I don't know.

As there appears to be very little information about installing OpenWrt on this device (see this thread), and no factory install image, I would strongly recommend that you get OpenWrt running on the device first so you can then sysupgrade to Gargoyle if/when support is added.
