help with a x-fta router

hello i just got a x-fta dongle y went to upgrade de firmeware y saw all the instructions y went step by step and y think the router brickt power led turns on the other leds turn on but the wan dos not how can y fix it y saved a backup before doing the update is it posible to use a jtag an maybe y can flash de backup an it will go back the way it was

That's about the only help you can get on these.

I don't think these are even available in the USA.

From google search, it looks like these devices are very easy
to brick and there is not much info on recovery out there.

You may have to RMA the device.

how can i rma wen i do not know the name brand of the router and it was purches on ebay it is not my router it is a friends router he came to me to check if there was an update for it i do not like messing with custom firmware for other ppl only for my self if i mess something up an it is my own well i now that y can try to fix some how with out haven to worry of having a time limit to fix
