Limited download when QOS Download

When i set any rule in QOS download my wireless got download limited to +- 50mbs, is this intent ?

What router, what internet speed and what QoS total download are you using?

340 mbs/s
300 mbs/s QOS

I'd say it's a CPU bottleneck most likely.
There's no way your device can push 300mbps with QoS enabled.
Without it... Maybe? I'd have guessed closer to 200-250 but I don't have one.
