@qzzipc
I have my own resources, unfortunately they are very heavy on RAM, so I can not help you better.
@ispyisail
Unfortunately, I do not understand you. There is nothing wrong with the GUI. Or do you want screenshots?

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
I have no idea why the NAT module isn’t autoloading. I’ve never seen that.
There’s a function “kmodloader” which is supposed to take care of everything in order.

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
It's weird, too, there is nothing in Syslog or Kernellog. It does this in 1.11.0 even in 1.11.X. OpenWrt 18.06.1 i on 18.06.2 everything works.Lantis wrote:I have no idea why the NAT module isn’t autoloading. I’ve never seen that.

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
Question 1: Can you construct a script that compares the loaded modules to physical? - This would tell if the problem is iptable_nat or other modules.
Question 2: Can you invent a script that writes load from kmodloader (debuging)? - This would detect a collision or crash of the iptable_nat load.

No I don’t know how to do either of those.

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
I temporarily resolved this by adding a line in /etc/init.d/boot:
But it is quite impractical - restarts until the module is loaded.
Code: Select all
...
/sbin/kmodloader
[ -z `cat /proc/net/ip_tables_names | grep nat` ] && reboot
[ ! -f /etc/config/wireless ] && {
# compat for brcm47xx and mvebu
sleep 1
}
...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
So I figured it out. The fault is the IMQ kernel module. When I get the router to first load the iptable_nat module, the kernel is as follows:
Then I deleted /etc/modules.d/46-ipt-imq and 20x reboot, 20x the correct start.
Q: Is it used for something IMQ driver?
Otherwise, I made a command line and found that modules are missing:
Code: Select all
[ 9.746654] ip6_tables: (C) 2000-2006 Netfilter Core Team
[ 9.759066] Hooked IMQ after mangle on PREROUTING
[ 9.763901] Error hooking IMQ after nat on POSTROUTING
[ 9.769139] IMQ driver loaded successfully. (numdevs = 2, numqueues = 1, imq_dev_accurate_stats = 1)
[ 9.778295] Hooking IMQ before NAT on PREROUTING.
[ 9.783097] Hooking IMQ after NAT on POSTROUTING.
[ 9.788993] Netfilter messages via NETLINK v0.30.
