Qos section accepts IP ranges in CIDR format.

There are a few spots that accept CIDR.
Some that accept "x-y".
And some that take both.

I just use the built in error checking (red text) to let me know if I'm doing the right thing.

I believe you can do a range in QoS if you use CIDR Notation.
