I just changed my router from an tp-link 841to a tp-link-archer c7 v2 and i am getting an issue with ethernet connection. It connects and fine initally but then after a while it just kinda stops working. I can disable and enable and it sometimes connects again briefly before cutting out.
Is there something wrong with the router itself? Both routers were running Gargoyle 1.9.1.

My guess is hardware problem?
Re: wireless connects good but ethernet is flaky
That's what I am thinking. I was able to connect through ethernet without an issue on the 841n but now with this new archer it is an issue.
I'd hate to have to flash the tplink firmware back onto the router to see if it is the firmware.
I know putting this firmware onto the router probably voids me returning it.
