Which is the most powerful router supported by Gargoyle?

Post by b17gsr »

My Archer C7 V2 seems underpowered with our new internet connection (185Mbps down), especially when using parental controls and QoS (fairly steady at 64Mbps after a few hours). So time to look for a new router.

What's the most powerful router on the market that supports Gargoyle? Seems like the Linksys WRT1900ACS has good reviews.

If it can maintain comparable range as our DLink DIR-890R, it may replace two components.

thanks

Do you have Gargoyle on it? What kind of speeds can it sustain with QoS enabled?

WRT1900ACS is fast but range is not great compared to my TP-Link and Asus routers
