tp-link AC1750 Archer C7

Post by Youbloub »

Hi,
my wdr3600 is dead :(, and I would like to buy a new router.
Does the AC1750 work great on gargoyle ?
edit search.php?keywords=archer&t=682&sf=msgonly :D
I see "WARNING 1: Current firmware (1.9.0 and earlier) has been reported to brick recent models of Archer C7 v2 (Early 2016 and later)"

so would like to have feedback from users.

anyway, you can too show me a good router to get!
thanks

Hi mate the c7 is grate with 1.9.1 a bit of a pane to flash from stock but doable. If you don't mind spending a little more then the wrt1900ac is one of the best routers out there at the moment. If you go for the c7 I will walk you through the flashing, if you get stuck.
