Failed to reallocated TX Buffer 1900ACS

Hi Guys,
While copying files to hdd or watching film via minidlna in kernel log I have got message phy1 or phy0 failed to reallocated TX buffer, I know this is memory issue, but I have no more ideas how to fix that, do you guys got any ideas?

Add
vm.min_free_kbytes=16384
To your /etc/sysctl.conf file and reboot.

This won't help, I have done this ages ago, the issue still exist, plus I attached the usb stick for a swap partition but kernel not even touching this.

Then this issue is a deeply rooted non-gargoyle related memory leak I'm sorry.
You're better off seekin support at openwrt or LEDE.
Please let me know if you find a solution or anything of interest.
