Error: QoS (Upload) -- Classification Rules

Someone help me with this error?

I try to apply this tip:

But when i apply the QoS upload and save changes, the match criteria default table is gone with my own and defaults criteria.

The Service Class table in column Percent BW show to every class NaN%, don't show her percent numbers.

With this i lost my comunication through wan interface. To solve this, i have to disable QoS upload.

Only QoS Download working.

How to enable QoS upload?

Reset router to defaults then try again

After reset router to default settings and adding one rule, save, adding other rule, save and so on, QoS worked!
