Ok.
I can't reproduce the same behaviour.
I had a thought that occurred to me after closely examining your images.
The text box is yellow, indicating that your browser is attempting to auto-complete it.

Are you able to temporarily disable autofill/complete, or disable it from the routers interface only, and re-test?

I've seen autofill cause strange errors in the past and I'm thinking that's what we have here.

Interesting thought. Will try in a couple of hours when home.

You were right (well very close)!
Tried browsing from my Ipad/Safari. No problems.
Tried Internet Explorer. No problems.
Still having the issue with Chrome so I turned off autocomplete. The problem remained.
Checked 'manage passwords' and there was a single saved password for the Gargoyle web interface. Deleting that saved password removed the problem. Interestingly the account name listed next to the password was blank so perhaps that meant all account passwords would be filled in with that password?

Thanks!
