Tplink-741 bricked--Need help.

Hai I have bricked my TP-Link WR741nd-v1 during firmware upgrade.

Power LED continuously glow, and other led continuously on and off like restarting.
No LAN and WAN port working on connecting pcs Ethernet port.

No ping 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.

by wireshark shows that( only in wan port) -- "PC -broadcast- ARP: who is 169.254.152.2? Tell 0.0.0.0."

Tried TFTP server firmware upgrade--
Restart while 5sec (or more) pressing reset button, after few minute only Ethernet which connected
port (lan or wan) light on (between this time Power LED continuously glow, and other led continuously
on and off like restarting).

enabling tftpd32 server ( connected wan port) no file are uploaded but in log viewer sometime shows--
"Error-5: File write acess deny"

no ip configure done in pc and firewall off.
Tftp client try -169.254.152.2:69 put file -wr741ndv1_tp_revovery.bin- one time seen it successfully transferred
but no restart or firmware upgrade. again trying same shows error-11: file over write access deny, access violation.

windows tftp tried - tftp -i 169.254.152.2 wr741ndv1_tp_revovery.bin
shows file already exists, overwrite deny.

Try serial connection:

Serial cable- Nokia CA42 cable, PL-2303 profilic usb to serial driver & putty.exe.
connected as tx rx gnd and setup putty com port as needed.
(No additioal pullup or pulldown resistor connected on tx or rx or gnd.)

nothing shows in putty on serial connection.
I have uploaded pic of serial port area of router, note that R610, R611, R613, R614, C496, C500,
C546 missing, only R612 available.


Plese help me to unbrick this.
I have not much knowlwdge on pullup and pulldown resistor.
Please help -is there need additional resistor or capasitor need for serial connection????
or any thing at tftp server.

yes I have done the setup and cross checked by D-link 2750u serial connection.

After pressing and holding reset button and plug the power plug and release reset button after 5 sec -- after some time only power led and Ethernet cable connected port's respective led (Lan or wan) light continuously glow.
At this time is router in recovery or failsave mode????
